The Brainerd Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) opened their doors on Sept 1, 1999 at the   Brainerd Regional Human Services Center (BRHSC) in building #1 on the second floor. The hours of operation are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM daily except for Federal Holidays and Weekends. The CBOC is staffed and supported by the St Cloud VA Medical Center. They will provide Primary Care Medicine, Wellness / Physical Exams, Mental Health Services, Laboratory Services, Pharmacy Services
 and referrals to both St Cloud and Minneapolis VA Medical Centers for specialty care. This is an Appointment Clinic Only, it is not for WALK-INS!  You need to be enrolled in the St Cloud VA Medical Center  and live within 50 miles of Brainerd. Veterans are requested to contact either the
St Cloud VA Medical Center directly for enrollment or to contact their nearest County Veterans Service Officer to complete an application for enrollment. Enrolled Veterans will have the option of receiving primary care at the Brainerd CBOC or to continue having that care provided by either the
St Cloud or Mpls. VA Medical Center.

To obtain a Veterans Universal Access Identification card you will need to apply at the Reception Desk at the VA Hospital in St Cloud after you are enrolled.
