The Duluth WorkForce Center offers the "Employer of the Day" program to employers wishing to recruit on site at the Duluth WorkForce Center. Participation offers employers an opportunity to market their business, job openings, and benefits; meet face-to-face with interested job seekers; distribute applications for current job openings; post job openings in MinnesotaWorks; create an interview schedule and/or interview in a separate onsite room.
LOCAL JOB SERVICE EMPLOYER COMMITTEE (JSEC)
The Job Service Employer Committee is composed of employer representatives who volunteer to serve as advisors to the Minnesota Department of Economic Security and liaisons within the employer community. These committees are established on the local level so that services can be adapted to meet the specific needs of the community.
